Build it right.
Make it feel like home.
Renovations, additions, flips, and full property transformations across the Valley. I build and flip homes with my own money, so I know what a project actually costs, where budgets leak, and how to get the most back out of every dollar you put in.
Everhome standard
Clear scope.Clean execution.
No guesswork.
What we do
Construction without the usual chaos.
Everhome works with homeowners and investors who want a project run like a business. We build the scope, price it line by line, coordinate the trades, order materials at contractor pricing, and keep the job moving toward a documented finish.
Before anything gets demoed you get a real financial game plan: what the work costs, where to spend for return, where to save without anyone seeing the difference, and how the funding needs to line up with the build.

Ground Up Rebuild
Phoenix, Arizona | Demolition to Finish
Step through the build
March 2024
The starting point. An original single story brick ranch on a deep lot with an existing pool, mature landscaping, and a floor plan that had run out of usefulness.
Smaller Jobs
Phoenix, Arizona | Single Room Scope
Not every job is a gut renovation
Before
After
Flooring Replacement
Two floor types met at a transition strip in the middle of the main living space: dark cherry on one side, dark slate tile on the other. Chopping a room in half like that makes a house read smaller than it is. We pulled both, ran one light wide plank waterproof floor continuously through the whole space, and set new baseboards. Same square footage, and the room reads twice as open.
Before
After
Drywall and Openings
An older wall stripped back to bare studs, with a pass through and a doorway that both needed squaring up before anything could be hung. New rock, taped, mudded, and sanded flat, with clean returns wrapping both openings. Small job, and it is exactly the kind of work where a bad tape line follows you around the room forever.
Cabinet Refinishing
Phoenix, Arizona | Kitchen Paint
Step through the job
Before
Dark cherry stain on every box, door, and drawer. The cabinets were in good structural shape, which is exactly when refinishing beats replacing on cost.
Accent Wall Build Out
Phoenix, Arizona | Carpentry and Finish
Step through the build
Original
A dated interior glass partition with a heavy dark grid. It cut the room in half visually and did nothing for the space, but the transom glass above it was worth keeping for the light.

About Everhome
A builder who has money in the game.
I am Nick Calamia. I own Everhome, and I do not just build for clients. I buy, flip, and renovate homes with my own capital, which means I have lived every part of the cost side: what a scope really runs, where a budget leaks, how long a holding period bleeds you, and which upgrades come back at resale versus the ones that quietly disappear into the walls.
That changes how I run a job for somebody else. My own money has been on the line, so I treat your budget the way I treat mine: real numbers before we start, a schedule that holds, and no surprises invented halfway through. I have funded projects just about every way there is, from cash to construction lending, so if financing is part of your picture we can work through it together. Mostly it buys you something simpler than that. I know what things actually cost, and I do not guess.
I also carry an Arizona real estate license and work in the Valley's luxury market with RETSY | Forbes Global Properties, with 68+ closed transactions and $36M+ in volume. I bring that up for one reason: I am in homes constantly, so I know current design, I read floor plans daily, and I can tell you what a finished space is genuinely worth before you spend a dollar on it.
Biltmore, Arcadia, and the Camelback Corridor are full of ranch, midcentury, and historic homes where the original plumbing, panel, and framing decide what a renovation actually costs. I know those houses well, and I know new construction and new development just as well, where the real questions are lot feasibility, finish level, and what is worth upgrading before the build closes out.
One more thing worth saying plainly. Everybody has heard the story about the contractor who takes a deposit and disappears. I hold two state licenses, I answer to a brokerage, my reviews are public, and my own money is tied up in projects around this city. I am not a truck and a phone number, and I am not going anywhere.

Common questions
Before you call.
Is Everhome a licensed contractor in Arizona?
Yes. Everhome LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured in Arizona under ROC 350115. You can verify the license yourself at roc.az.gov or by calling the Arizona Registrar of Contractors at 602-542-1525. Nick Calamia is the owner and qualifying party.
What makes Everhome different from other general contractors?
I flip and renovate homes with my own money, not just for clients. That means I have lived the cost side of construction: what a project actually runs, where budgets leak, how construction financing and draw schedules work, and which upgrades return the money and which quietly do not. You get a builder who is managing the same risk on his own projects.
What areas does Everhome serve?
Throughout Central Phoenix and the East Valley, including Arcadia 85018, Biltmore 85016, Camelback East 85014, Uptown Phoenix 85012, North Central Phoenix 85020, Paradise Valley 85253, Old Town Scottsdale 85251, and North Scottsdale 85255, plus the surrounding Maricopa County communities.
Do you work on older homes or new construction?
Both. Biltmore, Arcadia, and the Camelback Corridor are full of ranch, midcentury, and historic homes from the 1930s through the 1970s, where original plumbing, panels, and framing decide what a renovation really costs. Everhome also works on new construction and new development, where the questions are lot feasibility, finish level, and what is worth upgrading before the build is done.
Can you help figure out the budget and financing before we start?
Yes, and that is usually the right first step. We build the scope and the numbers before demolition: where to spend for return, where to save without a visible drop in quality, and, if the project is financed, how the draw schedule needs to line up with the construction timeline so you are never funding ahead of the work.
Should I refinish my cabinets or replace them?
If the boxes are solid and the layout works, refinishing costs a fraction of replacement and the result is a sprayed factory style finish, not brush marks. If the boxes are failing, the layout is wrong, or you need different sizes, replacement is the honest answer. We look at the boxes first and tell you which one your kitchen actually calls for.
Do you build from the ground up or only renovate?
Both. Everhome runs projects from cosmetic renovations all the way through full rebuilds: demolition, new foundation, framing, roof structure, and finish. If a home is worth saving we save it, and if the smarter money is a rebuild, we scope it that way and tell you why before anything gets torn out.
How does Everhome price materials?
Materials are purchased at contractor pricing and that pricing is passed straight through to you. Every estimate itemizes materials line by line with quantities, and product specification sheets are available on request before anything is ordered.
Does Everhome warranty its work?
Yes. Workmanship carries a two year warranty from substantial completion, and manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment pass through to you. Scope changes happen only by signed written change order, so the agreement always matches the work.
